Our Story

Esendia was built on a simple observation: organisations invest enormous energy in building talent pipelines, developing leaders, and strengthening their top teams. Too often, not enough changes. 

 

Not because the intention isn't there. But because most initiatives start with solutions before anyone has understood the problem. 

 

We work differently. 

 

We start with diagnostics: evidence about what's actually happening, not assumptions about what should be. Then we design work that fits the organisation's operational reality, not a theoretical version of it. And we work at two levels: with the people developing, and on the systems and structures around them that shape what's possible. 

 

Our work spans three interconnected areas: talent and succession, leadership development, and top team effectiveness. We build talent and succession systems, run leadership development programmes, and improve how top teams work, typically for organisations navigating growth, transformation, or a step change in performance. Each area stands alone. Most clients come to us focused on one. But because we understand how all three connect, whatever we work on, we draw on the wider picture for more targeted, measurable impact. 

 

What we care about most is the gap between how things look and how things are. Between succession plans that exist and pipelines that actually deliver. Between leaders who appear ready and leaders who genuinely are. 

 

That gap is where we work.
